In the second quarter of 2025, the top music and podcast apps on iOS in South America witnessed varying performance trends, as reported by Sensor Tower.

YouTube Music saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, starting at around $225K and peaking at $272K in early May. Downloads remained relatively stable, generally hovering around 50K per week. Active users exhibited minor fluctuations, with a peak at 2.75M in early June.

Deezer: Music Player, Podcast experienced a slight dip in weekly revenue, beginning at $90K and ending at $85K. Downloads showed a downward trend, decreasing from 8.5K to around 6.5K by the end of June. Active users also trended downward, from 1.35M to 1.22M.

Airbuds.FM for Spotify Music recorded an increase in weekly revenue, climbing from $16K to nearly $19K by late June. Downloads surged notably, reaching over 24K by the end of the quarter. Active users rose steadily, closing at approximately 77K.
